Summary

  • Update Makefile install-devx to use pip install from Gitea PyPI registry with --extra-index-url
  • Update all workflow files (ci.yml, post-merge.yml, publish.yml) to install devx from PyPI registry
  • Fix .env sourcing in Makefile (./.env for sh compatibility)
  • DEVX_VERSION remains v0.6.0

Closes GRM-72
