Closes DEVX-103

Summary

  • Update version references from 0.11.1/0.26.0 to 0.27.0 (current)
  • Fix version constraint example (<0.28, not <0.12)
  • Add pl to supported languages list (6: en, bg, de, pl, ru, zh)
  • Fix config key name in getting-started guide: workflow_only -> infrastructure
  • Add missing modules to AGENTS.md package structure
  • Rename workflow-only -> infrastructure in classify_changes description
