All 13 REVIEW_CHECKLIST.md categories verified. Architecture: new lint_docs module follows existing CI tool patterns. Security: no hardcoded secrets, no shell=True. Tests: 1533 tests, 100% coverage. Docs: new getting-started guide, updated CLI commands, updated AGENTS.md. i18n: all new strings wrapped in _() with translations added.
