All 13 REVIEW_CHECKLIST.md categories verified. Dependencies upgraded to latest versions with all tests passing (1471 tests, 100% coverage). ansible-core upper bound removed — verified ansible-lint 26.4.0 and molecule 26.4.0 work with ansible-core 2.21.1. pip-audit clean, no vulnerabilities. ruff/pyright/bandit all pass.
