All 13 REVIEW_CHECKLIST.md categories verified. Architecture: classifier change is minimal and consistent with existing pattern. Security: no secrets. Tests: 3 tests updated to use docs/ instead of .gitea/ as infra example, 1 new test for glob matching. The fix makes user_facing_overrides use glob matching (same as infrastructure patterns) and classifies .gitea/** as user-facing for devx since workflow files are reference implementations for downstream repos.
